Questions prospects frequently ask

Here are some of the more popular questions we get from prospects who are unfamiliar with our web development services.

Why do you only serve small business clients?

Work for medium to large clients typically entails large projects with endless presentations before committees, numerous delays, and murky corporate politics. We much prefer to focus on being a hero to our small business clients. After all we are a small business too, and we understand the needs and challenges confronting our clients.

What if something should happen to NetBizWeb?

We use professional level software and write code that conforms to industry standards and best practices. If NetBizWeb should no longer be available to work on your site you could take your backup CD to any competent web developer. However, we have no plans for going anywhere.

Do you offer clients a copy of their web site on CD?

For a nominal fee a client may request a full copy of the files that constitute his web site.

Do I have to come to your office in order to discuss our web project?

No, we will come to your office.

I realize that my business needs a web presence, but don't know where to begin. Can you help?

Yes, a representative will come to your office to discuss ways we could leverage the Internet to meet your business goals.

Do you charge for the initial meeting?

No, the initial meeting is free.

How long will it to take to complete my web site?

A standard ten page informational web site can be ready for your final review within ten business days of receipt of your copy, artwork, photos and initial deposit.

Is your web site a failure?

Many owners report their web sites have failed to generate the leads or sales they initially expected. We can fix that; let's get started.
